How catering works

Simple: each guest orders their own meal from a set catering menu — banh mi, vermicelli bowls, and other truck favourites. You pay a per-person rate with a minimum spend, and we handle the rest: preparation, delivery, setup, and serving. For larger outdoor gatherings, festivals, and film sets, our truck rolls up and serves guests fresh on-site, just like it does on the street.
